Product Overview

The SR series sensor smart reel rack is anti-static storage equipment for SMD component reels, supplied in fixed and mobile versions to match different workshop layouts. It adopts built-in sensor sensing to realize automatic error-proofing and abnormal operation alarms, eliminating repeated slot scanning required by QR-code racks.
Supporting 7-inch and 13-inch reels of various thicknesses, the rack boasts large storage capacity up to 1400 reels for fixed models. It connects wirelessly or via wired networks with WMS, and retains material data after power cuts. Operators scan reel barcodes by PDA for storage; the system lights target slots green for picking to avoid material mixing, streamlining full inbound and outbound material traceability for SMT production lines.

4.Unified WMS-connected Intelligent Workshops
Wired/wireless communication links the rack with WMS. All reel storage records are preserved after power failure to achieve full lifecycle component traceability.
