Product Overview

The LM-1000 is an intelligent automatic labeling workstation specially built for SMT component reel inbound processing. It is equipped with a 20-megapixel adjustable-brightness industrial camera, supporting barcode and QR code scanning plus OCR character recognition to avoid data entry errors caused by manual typing. The system automatically identifies reel manufacturers and matches corresponding label templates, capable of processing four 7-inch reels at one time and compatible with reels as large as 17 inches.
This labeling machine integrates an industrial mini-printer to output customized reel labels, and saves all printing logs that can be filtered and queried by date or work order number. It supports stable data interconnection with MES, ERP and WMS systems for automatic data uploading. The whole operation logic is intuitive, requiring only one hour of training for new operators, which greatly improves the labeling speed and standardization of electronic material warehousing.

1.SMT Warehouse Inbound Standardized Labeling
Batch process incoming SMD reels. It auto-identifies suppliers, scans codes and extracts data via OCR, printing unified labels to avoid manual input errors.
2.Multi-supplier Mixed Material Receiving
Auto-match exclusive templates for different manufacturers, compatible with 7''–17'' reels. It handles four 7-inch reels at once to speed up mixed batch receiving.
3.Full Material Traceability Control
All scan and print logs can be queried by date or work order. Data syncs with MES, ERP and WMS for full component traceability from receiving to production.
4.Workshops with Damaged or Fuzzy Original Labels
Built-in OCR reads incomplete printing; staff can edit label info anytime to handle non-standard incoming reels flexibly.
