Product Overview

The RS-1000 is an intelligent auto reel splicer designed to replace error-prone manual splicing for SMT workshops. Equipped with dual 5MP CCD cameras and high-precision probes, it achieves 0.08mm splicing accuracy and a pass rate over 99%, supporting 8–24mm component carrier tapes.
It integrates multi-layer error prevention: LCR testing for resistors/capacitors, silkscreen visual comparison and barcode MES linkage to avoid wrong material mixing. Four working modes meet diverse production demands, finishing splicing within 50–80s, cutting cycle time by half versus manual operation. The rechargeable battery enables 12–16 hours of continuous work, with auto tape winding and waste recycling to cut labor, material loss and SMT line downtime effectively.

LCR test on left and right rails. Real-time check for capacitors and resistors, compare with BOM. Splicing only after pass.

6.Silkscreen Check
Top light on left and right rails. Check printing on new and old material. Splicing only after pass.

7.MES System Connection
Can connect to customer MES system (customer needs to open port for free).

Splicing Process & Time

●Total machine time: ~50–80 seconds, 50% faster than manual splicing.

● Real-time C/R test feedback; machine stops automatically and alerts on anomalies (hard error-proofing).
